I love squash. I remember eating it once as a kid and loving it, but then never had it again until adulthood. Now I make it every year in all different ways with all different types of squash. I don’t plan to make a habit of posting recipes, but I was so lovin’ my delicata squash today that I decided to share. It’s super simple.
Set oven to 425
Cut squash long ways
Scoop out the seeds
Slice squash into semi circles
Lather in oil and sprinkle with salt
Bake for 25 minutes but flip them halfway through
