These beautiful carrots were my #1 pick out of our CSA box this week. Never again will I buy those tasteless “baby carrots” that come in a bag and inexplicably resemble cheetos.They’ve got nothing on carrots with a little dirt on them. These lovelies taste like they came out of the ground (in a good way!) and like they are still carrying some of their nutrients.

No recipe for these. Just eat ’em. Though since I am unsure of how to use the green tops, I am thinking about making this ROASTED CARROT TACOS WITH CILANTRO AND CARROT GREEN CHIMICHURRI. Mmmmmmmmmm.
