This week, we got broccolini in our CSA Box! Basically the same as broccoli, just smaller and cuter.
Click here for a super simple recipe to cook these babies. We blanched and sautéed them like that recipe states, but we used olive oil instead of butter and just used salt. So if you don’t have garlic and/or lemon zest, don’t fret! They will still be tasty. We cooked ours with the leaves, though they ended up being a little chewy so next time, we’ll probably cook the leaves longer.
